2002 toyota sequoia
I have an 02 toyota sequoia sr5 that has an inoperative horn and cruise control took the vehicle to the dealer and they said it was the clock switch(not exactly sure if thats the right term)located under the steering column. Would like to know if that is the problem or could it be something else. If thats the problem the difficulty in replacing it. Finally can the part be obtained somewhere other than the dealer or at a cheaper cost.

it's not the "clock" but a "clockspring connector"
broke one on my W202 had to go to MB for another one....$162CDN...ouch. if your car is still under full warranty they should give you a new one for free....otherwise you are open to their slaughtering of the item as it is car specific and available only from toyota.
