Everyone I know who knows modern music laughs when I ask if they know a contemporary song that's more hiphop than rap with a middle eastern rhythm and a couple of claps between phrases. But's that all I remember from hearing it on the radio. Someone said there's a Jay-Z song like that but he can't remember the title.

Anyone care to guess what song I'm describing?
