Kinda reminds me of Malibu..... or maybe where they shot the beach seen in Lethal Weapon...

Zuma Beach, Malibu, CA. My home beach ...
Actually the sig-pic is Malibu Road, the pic in attachment is Zuma Beach, just a few miles up.
