FGM I think that's how I've heard it referred to.

In the mid 70's I used to belong to a Black Pentecostal church. Great place to sing and dance. They're favorite song began with the line "We are the circumcision who worship God in the Spirit". It's really quite odd to have 200 people singing and dancing about circumcision.

I knew a guy back in the 70's who was circumcised in his 20's. He did not speak kindly of the experience but I did not ask him about the sexual effects. I have read some claims that while not having quite the radical effects of female circumcision, male circumcision does diminish sexual pleasure.
