What other stuff do you collect?

Besides automobiles? I like tools & machinery of all sorts. In recent years I've started to collect lots of lawn & garden stuff. I bought a Kubota 4330 tractor when I moved into a new house on 3 rural acres. After getting some areas of lawn looking good, I decided I needed a ZTR mower, so I got a Skag Wildcat. That would not fit into corners & between some beds, so I got a 36" Hydro walkbehind. Then I wanted to improve some beds, so I got a small rototiller. Add in the misc blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc, and now my 3 car garage only has room for 2 cars. Of coarse I needed a gas powered pressure washer to keep everything clean. Geez, I believe I'm addicted to tools
Will it never end?

No - It never ends.

Probably not.

Before you know it, you’ll be down to a 1 car garage and an angry wife. This will lead to a 1500 sqft storage shed/work shop being built on the acreage. (later to be expanded)
This structure - will in turn, lead to more toys (sorry - lawn care equipment/tools).

You’ll wake up one morning, and your rural acreage will look something like this. (ref. Thumbnail pic)
(Just swap the 407 for your 4330, and there you are.)

No- It will not end.

What do we collect?

I collect coffee mugs. Specifically from ski resorts I've been to. I have a pretty good collection.
I also collect coins. I have a pretty good collection of them too but I haven't been into that so much in the past few years.

A friend of mine had a pretty good collection of Zippo lighters.

Collecting powered lawn equipment is immoral and wrong. You should seek professional help immediately lest your addiction become totally unmanageable...

Does a good porn collection count?

In all seriousness though, none of my hobbies really amounts to collecting as such. Unless you count fish tanks and shooting.

LOL great stuff.
My list is actually quite a bit longer than my original post, but certainly not near exotic as WVO's.

unleashed: I have quite the collection of fish tanks as well. They are all in dry dock now, been torn down since I moved in March of 05. I have a 220, 135, 120, 90, & 58 gallon full setups, mostly Oceanic RR tanks.
And they are stored along the wall of guess where? The garage

My problem, doubtless psychological in origin is that I MUST surround myself with clutter, generally paintings, rugs, vintage autos, clocks and furniture.

Probably overcompensation for early deprivation

If you have two it counts as a collection.
