Yikes. I'll shut about about my 1/8 mile, 37 second commute now. Unless there's a car coming down the street or something and I have to...wait.

That's just nuts.

My commute is about 100 yards, in a golf cart.
Unless (God forbid) I fell like walking off breakfast.

Man, you got me beat. Unless I back in the driveway. That shaves a good 7 seconds off the commute.

That's gotta get old after a while. I wonder how many of these commuters keep their jobs in the long run.

I would move. Find a job elsewhere. I don't get this house obsession. Why is owning a home such a big deal?

There is probably enough carrots on the table to make that lifestyle (traveling) bearable and companies are having to try new things to lure talent into the workplace. The company I work for has an incredible tough time luring specialized talent. Flex schedules and working out of your house have become very popular recruiting tools.

My office is in my house,,, the only commute I do is to the post office to ship out Quality Pre-Owned Mercedes Parts.
