I think my MB's like it when I listen to German music, they seem to run better, maybe it reminds them of the fatherland.:D

Eisbrecher, not as hard as Rammstein, and a bit more techno. But they are pretty good, if you like Rammstein give them a try.

Wonder if they have songs with a harder edge? It's ok, but tends to drone on.

This song has a harder edge. This band isn't as techno as Rammstein.

A few years back, I was listening to Rammstein, on a bus. The kid sitting next to me just happened to see my CD case, and laughed at it. I asked what was the joke..? He said "You Americans, listening to Rammstein are the joke..." I asked him why, and he said that " Rammstein is a joke, a few German guys got together and just put the band together, simply to sell it to America for some quick cash" He said that German people don't listen to it, aren't into it, and it isn't like what they really listen to. He also said that the lyrics are a joke also. I loved Rammstein up until then. Never listened to them again though. They have an awesome sound, but they are aparently some sort of Joke on us..He laughed at the lyrics. He said he meets a lot of us who have fallen for the joke. He translated some of it to me, and guess what..? It is a joke...But they still sound pretty cool, none the less.

Ill go talk to my german teacher she has some german stuff like rammstein that is heavy.. she rocks... I'd soo do her...

Old news, some of the lyrics are lame, some are sick, some are pretty good. The point is it sounds cool.

I enjoy music in other languages, even if I don't know what they are saying.

This, my friend, is true..It's pretty cool, to roll up in a classy little MBZ blasting Rammstein, or any other heavy music like that. I get a kick out of pulling up in one of my 123 cars, or my (sold) 124 coupe playing music like that. Can't wait til summer with roof, and windows open on the 126 car playing Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, or something like that.

The video is completely wrong for the song. But if you are serious about real German music in your Mercedes you might try playing "Die Wacht am Rhein".
