It sounds like Vonage may be down for the count...

Previously, a judge had ruled that Vonage infringed on Verizon's patents. Vonage was ordered to pay $58M and a % of all future sales to Verizon.

Today a judge ruled that Vonage cannot sign up any additional customers. The judge was considering making Vonage immediately cease serving all of it's 2.2M customers.
