Good, Quick Snacks

Anyone have any good, quick snacks?

Microwave Quesedillas, Ham Sandwiches, if you like it, put it here!

Ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled to perfection on the stove. It works better if you use a covered skillet, but this isn't necessary.

Frozen pizza, with some fresh mushrooms and more cheese added, cooked on a pizza stone.

Canned oysters laid on toasted pumpernickel bread covered in cream cheese.

Anything designed to be microwaved is quick, but never very good.

I don't eat often so my entire day is like 10 very small meals... 10 hours at school then 9-11 hours at work .. I only have so much time for everything

I don't snack. I eat a big lunch, smaller dinner, and have a small treat after dinner.

Snacking on healthy stuff is how you get thin. Myself, no time for snacking all day - no breakfast, medium lunch, medium dinner, no Cokes or the like.

Still 180 lbs.

nacho chips on a plate with a smoked oyster from a can on each. shredded cheddar on top of the oyster and a slice of jalapeno on each. microwave and enjoy!

i am hypoglycemic so i have to keep eating.

mid morning and mid afternoon i need a healthy snack. cheese, triscuits or childs portion snackables.

at home i snack on apples or low fat popcorn. or slices of whole wheat bread.

How do you make low fat popcorn? Isn't butter the only thing that makes popcorn fattening in the first place? And I don't think that the butter is actually a part of the popcorn itself.

dried fruit: apricots, cranberries, plums (aka prunes); or
a mix of dried cranberries, almonds, and kashi cereal;
and sometimes cherry or grape tomatoes.

microwave popcorn.

it has something that tastes like butter but not as fat laden i suppose.

popping your own is probably healthier.
