What do you think of this 98 Toyota Truck?

Somebody traded it in and they were doing some checking on it. Tech left it for a bit to get something and when he returned, this is what he saw. If anybody wants to buy it, I'm sure they are selling it cheap.

A friends truck did that on a lift. A combination of road salt, a loaded bed and a misplaced lift pad.

He only took it to the shop to balance the tires.

That's how they sell more cars than GM. Keep 'em coming back for more.

Bummer, looked like a nice truck

Boxed frames are AWESOME (till water gets in)

I owned a 87 b2200... I bought it for $40...

There was a hole in the frame the size of my fist (did I care? NO)

Stuff happens... I hope he got a good trade in price

I had a 98 Tacoma that I adored. I decided to put a centerforce clutch in it when the original unit failed. You have to take out a pretty large crossmember to get out the transmission. The corrosion inside the frame was enough to make me sell it after I finished the clutch job. I think we will be sseing alot more broken Tacomas of 95-99 vintage in the next few years.

You should be able to buy it for "half" price.

That truckbed would make a good trailer.
