Hopefully I'll be back.

Whiskeydan, you still there? It sounded scary for a few minutes, but I don't think there were any tornadoes...

It has been doing this once a week for the past month - I'm sick of it!

75+mph wind took out some large trees around the hood.

IT service just came back. No damage at my place that I can see.

Holy crap dan, glad to hear you were relatively unscathed. Tornados scare the hell out of my wife. Fortunately for her CT isn't exactly a hotbed.

No wonder. This, from google:

"Tom Bean-area historical tornado activity is above Texas state average. It is 201% greater than the overall U.S. average...."

Glad you're OK!

Reminds me of a joke about our "rival" town, Mattoon, IL:

Q: What do a tornado and a Mattoon divorce have in common?
A: Either way, you're going to lose a trailer.
