Thanks

Thanks Med/ Howitzer! We closed on our second house Friday with a loan supplied by Howitzer. Could not have been easier and a better rate than I though possible with my credit. If anyone here needs a mortgage PM Howitzer he hooked me up!

Congratulations man! I wanted to use him on a recent purchase but wife is a member of a company that has to use a certain local bank because of privacy issues.

Haha, no. The firm tries to keep partner draws a secret to cut down on lateral transfers/client steeling so the bank gives a preferential rate and the members are strongly urged to use them. The bank knows it would lose the firms business and representation if there was a confidentiality breach, and like so many other business deals, ze firm knows too much about ze bank.

With a screen name like Howitzer I'd be afraid to be late with a payment!

Congrats OM!

While it is clear that at the personal level, I have no love for MM, if he did you right on the business/professional end -- that is great news to hear! It is very cool when a group of a people that share a passion for a certain car can help in other ways...

It was a pleasure to help you out, it was a twisted road but putting the pieces together is the fun part one of us had to be calm ---putting families like yours into homes and good prime loans is the reward...

getting paid for it ain't bad either

I am not sure if I had the FHA/HUD anal probe yet I knew you were shopping but didn't ask because of regulatory stuff. The Guv anal probe came back clean so I am licensed to loan on the moon if I have to. Bankers Without Borders.

Off the subject but if you want to see what being under the microscope looks like that is a great example, military clearance checks are easier. I know that because..........forget it I think we should leave that alone.
