Please help me about dashboard

I have bought a carbon fiber dashboard for W124, 300E.
But I don't know how to apply it. First, I thought it was easy, just remove the plastic frame and then stick the carbon dashboard. Later on, I found that it's very risky of breaking it. So now I can't do anything to it. Please help me.

Thank you

That is not a dashboard. It is more like a gauge surround. But I have no idea how to apply it, sorry...

That is a task best suited for a gauge cluster completely removed from the car and dismantled. The clear plastic covering the cluster is glued on, so it needs to be carefully removed at the edges with a sharp blade.

You'll need a flat surface to work on in order to place the carbon fiber facing on properly.

Might as well get custom white gauge-faces while you are at it...

So, I have to remove the plastic anyway right?
