Nah. It's summer time and the weather is too nice. No one wants to go to trial. Defense lawyers keep asking for continuances. Plus I am working on a legal brief (that's and oxymoron, the "brief" is already over 35 pages long) on a venue issue.

35 pages of legalese. Ouch! That makes my head hurt just to think about it.
