any good suggestions for a japanese name for an Akita puppy(f).any and all suggestions welcome.May use the right one....may not.
I like Hogosha.

Have you Googled "Hogosha"? Lots of weird usages.

It also seems awkward, like it is derived from "hog". Maybe for a male, not a delicate female pup.

not google but direct translation is gaurdian,protector,patron.all but patron seem appropriate for an akita

ps-never met a delicate akita.most stoic animals I have ever encountered.My last one was put to sleep due to bloat.she never made a sound even when swollen nearly twice her circumference(how she was found)very sad :(.
