Why would you want to execute a retarded person? It can't be for retribution when the person against whom retribution is sought doesn't know what you are doing or why.

It has nothing to do with lawyers or their supposed "tricks." It's about moral judgments. Society, from time to time, makes the moral judgment that people who commit heinous crimes deserve to die. As I understand it, the state-sponsored killing is warranted by the depravity of the crime. If that's true, then killing retarded people makes no sense because they, by definition, are incapable of making evil choices.That's not for me to say.My point exactly.Doesn't bother me a bit. Where I live immigrants give much, much more than they get. I figure they are probably getting tired of subsidizing our need for reliable labor.
