Hi Everyone!

I'm currently working on search engine optimization on my website and I need your help with collecting data. It's real simple. All I need you to do is:

Click on the links below
Find certifiedcopiers.com on the page.
Click on it and look at a few pages on my website.

That's it! If you could do this for me, it would be greatly appreciated! Also, If you ever care to chat about something Mercedes related or what not, please feel free to use the "live chat" on the website. Or, while your helping me out, feel free to just say hi! Adam,

I checked out your website and Ihave a few suggestions to make.
I do QA for a living so forgive me if it seems I am nit-picking, but your Internet presence is all you have out there and simple mistakes can turn people off.

In your 'About Us' page you made some easily correctable errors.
I have outlined them below:

From its inception the goal of Certified Copier® was to establish a new level of quality and integrity with regard to the internet sale of used copies.(Internet is capitalized)

Upon competition of our Quality Assurance Program, Certified Copier®

I would rework this sentence to eliminate the 'so as to's and tighten it up.
The Certified Copier® Advantage pulls together a complement of software technology and strategic alliances to make www.certifiedcopier.com completely interactive so as to allow our prospective clients the ability to select, compare, and communicate in such a way so as to allow them to make an accurately informed purchasing decision. And that when satisfied, our prospective clients may conclude a transaction with both security and confidence, any time of the day or night.

Don't start a sentence with 'But', just take it out.
While a Certified Copier® staff member is always available to assist you during normal business hours, most visitors can usually find what they are looking for with great ease. But if for any reason you have a question you would like to ask, please give us a call or chat with us through our online chat tool.

I would reword this sentence to get rid of the ' but any one of them is also willing to assist our clients'
Our technical services department is manned with individuals qualified to answer even the most difficult technical questions, but any one of them is also willing to assist our clients with easy questions as well. Warranty issues, should one arise, are handled quickly and professionally. At Certified Copier®, our client services are available before, during and after a sale. We truly care about out clients and it shows!

All in all it is a very good site and I hope you do well with it. One more thing, I would get rid of the automatic chat pop-up windows, they can be annoying.

I see you have already gotten to the number two position in Google so I am sure you will do well.
