Hardware wise yes but xbox live is the best bar none.

I don't have a billion dollars to buy a lame ray equipped machine...

I had one of the first ps2's in my town.. I was in line for the release... it worked for about 4 years then just stopped working...

xbox live is truly the best... I haven't dealt with the new version but it is probably far superior to PS3's

Its a whole new world for xbox live it has movie rentals, arcade games, music videos, tv shows.

That's why the xBox360 only comes with a previous generation DVD-ROM.

One of the main benefits to having Blu-Ray is that the game programmers can plan for every unit having one. xBox programmers are limited to 8GB on a DVD-9 disk while the PS3 can have 25GB.

Blowing $200 on the HD-DVD accessory will allow HD movies but there will never be games to use it.

Same goes for the hard drive. Every PS3 has at least a 20GB hard drive so programmers can plan on using it while the xBox programmers must plan on some units not having one at all.

I have the PS3, Wii, and 360.



The 360 is best for gaming, period. It has the right controller, the right online program, the right games, and the graphics are pretty good.


The PS3 definitely wins for its superior picture to the 360, and its built in HDD, but the 360 is better in this respect, as you can upgrade the hell outta it!

The Wii doesn't have the best graphics, or huge memory store, but in terms of fun, it wins hands down!
