Exclamation Excel 2007 has bugs

The new Excel 2007 has some serious bugs it seems...

If you do this =850*77.1
you get 100,000

You should get 65,535

Microsoft is working on a patch.

It's just rounding up. Maybe it's the version the US government uses.

what Microshaft product doesn't have bugs? At least now they admit it. In the past they would say that their products are not the issue, but that it was some third party software installed on the PC that was causing the problem.

I hate 2007, 2003 was better.

My professor was like no 2007 is much better you can do so much more. I said I only do a few things, all of which 2003 did just fine. Now I have to waste time and effort to learn a new buggy program, to do the same stuff that I did before. WTF is up with 2007's toolbar, it sucks!

However I did learn a neat trick to get the two to share files. When you save something with 2007 its an .xlsx file. If you remove the X at the end you can open the file and work on it in 2003.

How much disk space does that require, PP? Also, I wanted to ask you what the shareware antivirus software was that you mentioned to me recently. Will these programs run on a Mac?

There's an openoffice for the Mac and other Unix-based OS's. I tried an early version for Mac that sucked sincerely and completely. If anybody has experience mo' bettuh than mine, I'd like to hear it.
