Put your heads together for some ideas

I need ideas on converting a smoking allowed blue collar bar into another type of business. Revenue about $250,000/year. Town of 1,200 people.

Convenience store? Smoking allowed, of course. Cigar shop/gun store?

Is there any tourism? Although the population in Nisswa is tiny there are many business's that do well with the summer influx.

success is boring, its more fun risk it to make $251K for ten times the work.

Just kidding Kuan but that is usually how it roll a small town bar grossing $250,000 is likely netting $25,000 or less and sentiment for changing the small town bar may hurt.

So here is my proposal keep it similar but add some other revenue generating opportunities like a topless barbershop and massage parlor.

Video poker legal?

Special nights (ladies', hunters', fishermens', veterans', sports fans', latin, Norwegian, narrow-minded-hypocritical-superficial-pseudo-Christians who exude false bonhomie, etc).

Sure how about a microbrewery with some sort of unique food...like wild game. I know a guy that is making a killing selling wild game jerky.

Cigarette store that also sells package liquor. Then all the old clientèle can go home or somewhere else and do what they used to do. Ideally in the place right next door that doesn't sell liquor or smokes but allows private members to partake.

Or, you could call Gordon Ramsey and have him do a makeover...
