Hum de dum......

Here I am at the office this morning. I can not do a thing as my file and license server died. I have everything on backup tape, but that does me no good until my server is repaired or replaced.

In the old days we used to run everything from tape. Suck it up young 'un! Go get yourself some punchcards and use your teeth!

The server is an IBM that is about seven years old. Three years ago the mother board went out. I hope that it did not happen again, because then I have to get all new license files for all of the CAD software that I run. It is not hard, but it takes up more time.

Automotive stickshift system that goes forward only. GM later introduced the Backtran.
