Since the helmets amplifiy signals, I can only conclude that this is indeed another government conspiracy to program its people - starting with the youngest, by mandating that they must wear bicycle helmets.

What was interesting to note here was that no where did I see mentioned the use, or setup, of a "control" test - (i.e.: signals being received WITHOUT a tin-hat.)

Now, maybe in the video that was listed at the end of the article, but I wasn't able to get that to download and play (dial-up).

But, without the "control" - all that can be stated is: The subjects received signals from a signal-generator and certain frequencies were more "pronounced" than others.

Nice try...I'll just triple-layer mine in the mean time...

Better yet, I wonder how a "carbon-fibre" (CF) hat would work? Anyone got any of those new US Army helmets? Those babies are CF, right?
