Genitals as a weapon
This was the first time that I have heard of where some one got charged with using their genitals as a weapon. It happened in a small town just south of me. On the nightly news the male reporter just about started to laugh while reporting the story. Here is a link for your laughing pleasure. The town is always in the news for funny crap that the rednecks do down there. Some of the stories even make national news.

The first thing that came to mind was how did he ever get his genitals that close to the kid unless he is hung like a horse. Unless I am incapacitated there is only one person that is going to get their genitals that close to me (my wife).
