exotic with silver scoops?

I saw on the road today an exotic car I'd never seen up close before. The distinguishing feature was two huge silver scoops or nacelles reaching from the rear to just over the cabin. Any idea what car this was?

I couldn't get close enough to see more than a rear three-quarter view (no, aklim, gasoline wouldn't have helped ).

I do believe it was a Veyron. Light metalic blue in front, white in the rear. What an odd color combination.

Probably was a Bugatti, especially if it did have an odd 2-tone paint job. I could live with it though!

Oh really? I'd think you'd have problems worrying about parking valets with lead feet, wee heavies drawing envy lines with bricks and keys, and parking lot door nicks in supermarket parking lots, thieves, and rule crazy traffic cops.

I think I would prefer the worry free experience of a Ford Crown Victoria or a Volvo 240 sedan myself.

It would be more fun to rent an Exotic, than have to live with one of those overpriced stainless steel coffins on a daily basis.

But hey, that is just me....

Hell, I couldn't afford to rent one either. But if it just fell into my lap...

I can't afford the places with valet parking, do all of our grocery shopping with PeaPod and wouldn't dare park it in a public parking lot. I don't think my Wrangler offers any more protection from impact than those expensive coffins, perhaps in a rollover, so that's not a factor. I guess that just leaves my lead foot and rule crazy traffic cops. I don't like my chances but I think I could make it work if I had to.

U Lose

Rule crazy traffic cops > lead foot.

In the end, you can't outrun Bell, Motorola, or Fido.

Try and out run the Police? You will just go to jail tired
