The term "cannon" describes any artillery piece, esp field artillery. A howitzer is a cannon, and while it is mostly used for indirect fire, it can be used for direct fire. The subject piece is an anti-tank gun- and would require a set of very big ones on the part of the crew to engage a tank.
Generally, a gun is a high velocity, low trajectory cannon, a howitzer is a high trajectory, lower velocity cannon.

I've got 8 out of ten.

They need to add the Smith .500 magnum revolver.
That is about as manly a revolver as one could handle, also the .44 auto mag should be on the list as manly, cool guns go.

25 rounds of 440 grain corbon ammo through that thing two handed and your wrist hurts for a year, kicks like a 12 gauge...very manly.

The street sweeper and the hk-91 really need to be on there too.
Hk-91 takes alot of man to shoot a good 20 round group full auto.

I'm glad the desert eagle is not on there 2+2+2 if you know anything about desert eagles, just hate that gun.

None. But, I did stay at Holiday Inn Express last night.

Seriously, the closest I get is to the .44 Smith is with a four digit, '58-model Blackhawk flattop.

That's pretty neat. A handy thing to have while on the tractor or when working in the brush. I see that they also offer it with an alloy frame...particularly nice when packing six of those .410 slugs.

I think it's a five cylinder. Still, it looks quite interesting. I wonder what a .410 feels like one-handed.
