Of those choices I like the 5 series best. The E320 has never done much for me; the front is ugly and the rear looks like a Taurus.

My dad and the GM of my local dealer know each other pretty well.....



He tried to sell us a 2002 S430 for a little under $15k. They had just got it on a trade in, and it was in mint condition.


I can get you more info if you want a W220... They got it last Tuesday, and we looked at it on Saturday. I do have to say, its nice, and its got all the history.

If I want an SDL I want one that has been treated well... I will get back to you soon...

I need to take pics, I'll do it this week. I'm probably going to ebay it, unless I get an offer I can't refuse before that, to avoid all those ebay fee's... $5k is the min, $7k would make me want to sell it right now and forget about the whole ebay thing... Of course storage until say Jan wouldn't be much of a problem, I do have the garage space.

Just get the tires balanced before you drive it back, they have plenty of tread left but wheel read my tire ranting threads. I'm advertising it as good rubber. Other than that I see no reason why you would have a problem driving back to FL. I changed the oil about 800 miles ago, so don't even have to do that. I just changed the belt to, and tensoner arm, so that won't strand you. Spare is brand new and has never been on the ground, no worries their.

Get that, and I can have one of my friends at the dealer get you a warranty to warraty that bad boy out to 100k/125k miles. you will be set for a while!

I'd love to, but with that warranty and all the selling costs, I'll have to take out like a $10k loan. Not happening. I don't want a car payment.

A $10k loan over like 2 years is what $300ish a month? Throw on another $200 for insurance, thats $500 a month. Plus my phone bill, and Re/max dues. I won't be able to afford a house for awhile! Not happening, as soon as I get this car thing straight, I'm starting to save for a house.

The paint is not perfect. But everything else is, well almost. ABS sensors act up once in awhile, and it could probably use a set of upper control arms at $80 each. Also the cruise control amp needs a rebuild $200. But other than those things, yeah its perfect. And has a binder of records big enough to choke a whale.

Not to brag but while the 2.5T is rare, my SDL is more rare because of the interior.

Yeah what I plan on doing since I am not in a rush, is looking at a bunch priced from $13k-$16k, and waving $13k cash in front of them. I can wait and see who wants to sell more. Right after the holiday's I imagin they are pretty motivated.
