Pretty good.. I liked it and enjoyed the music. The visuals were great.. I am going to have to get it on DVD

I know, it's aweful. The real wit is in the Bavarian dialect. It's a persiflage on the "Sissy" movies from the fifities, with Romy Schneider, which inturn was based on the aristocratic relationship between Sissy von Habsburg, the Austrian heiress and Bavaria's King Ludwig II.
Bully Herbig, author and director accomplished to score the highest rated comedy ever, in the German speaking region, with 'Der Schuh des Manitu', which was a persiflage on the Winnetou movies from the 60's, based on Karl May's writings, played by Pierre Price as Winnetou and Les Parker as Old Shatterhand.

I'm sure once it will be released on DVD, it will come with subtitles.
