I guess the best-case scenario is when they charge you and do nothing. The worst-case scenario is when they do something and end up effing up your car.

That's pretty sad. Unfortunately, it's nothing new, nor is it limited to Jiffy Lube.

See, there is a silver lining to almost anything. The only thing possibly worse than a Juffy Lube tech not working on your car and charging you for it is a Jiffy Lube tech actually touching your car!
