Oh deer.

And the man grabs a camera?

It would sound like a small war had started in my yard if that was my property.

With a great silencer and some good timing you could get all of them.

"Look, Fred fell asleep. So did Bob and Mi..... Hey wait a minute...

They used to do that with Buffalo. They called it making or taking a stand. I think the record was well over a hundred buffs killed without stampeding the herd. As long as each one was shot through the heart and just dropped the others would not realize anything was up and would keep grazing. Miss a little and have a buff scream or run around and the whole herd was off.

They used some huge guns for it and tripods as well, I think.

They killed off the buffalo to kill off the Native americans.

Not a picture I am proud to remember.

I second the silencer. Otherwise you have to explain to your kids the dead deer under their trampoline...and why they're getting a brand new surface/mat for it when the rest jump up and tear it. A video camera would be great in either instance.

I have a friend who is a bow hunter. He has a stand in a tree not far from my house. Even though this area is very heavily populated, you could hunt deer with an apple and a club if you wanted to.
