Just in case you don't read the article, the young woman was not kicked off, removed or missed the Southwest flight. A "compromise" was struck when she agreed to place her sweater in her lap and continued on with the flight.

Quite frankly, if she and her lawyer do sue Southwest, I'd like to see Southwest let it go to a jury . . a jury full of average American middle aged women. They might award her enough money to buy some jeans.

Decorum would state that as long as she sits like she is in the picture, then she should be able to wear what she wants to. However, I would prefer she sat next to me and put her legs up on the seat in front of her in a Y; Southwest probably wouldn't like that.

PS - She's f'n hot.

That skirt is short but not that short. It's not like she was wearing a thong bikini

Ya, what is wrong with her!? Thong bikinis need to be the new dress code for any girl over 18 and under a size 6. Look at it this way - no need to run her through a metal detector.

Southwest is the $h!tt!e$t airlines in the world! My parents recently flew to FL and the plane there looked like it was last refinished in 1981 and gushed hydraulic fluid all over the tarmac while taxing. They ended up catching a plane with another airlines to get there after a 1 hour wait on the tarmac. On the way back home the Southwest flight left 20 minutes early because of weather. They ended up waiting 3 hours to fly into Chicago instead of Milwaukee. In which I had to pick them up at 12:30 AM to drive them to their car at the Milwaukee airport!

:wtf:
