I'm pretty sure the guys on the tricycle/trialer combo are Canadian army. I guess we're in the same boat, so to speak.

They may be cutting back in some branches of the military...

But, they’ve sure put a bunch into this new stealth fighter.

Or Klingon. IIRC, in ST TNG, there was a multiphasic cloaking device that could cloak the ship AND have it pass thru solid matter.
