Hi,

I leave in Mlawa, that is about 120km north from Warsaw. Rzeszów is far from me (polish "far", in US it will be very close ;-).

I saw Your post and I am glad that You enjoyed Your trip to Poland Krakow is amazing, it is also worth to see Warsaw and Gdansk.

Exclamation

Isn't Poland where the girls are mostly gorgeous, blonde haired and blue eyed, and wear really short skirts even in the winter?

Nope, that's California, except that many of the "girls" are really dudes. Watch out folks.

Ya know, they have a Polish Market in Berlin.
That's one of the few places where you can buy a perfectly sealed carton of Marlboro cigarettes with absolutely nothing in it, but useless stuffing ...

YES! And they wear heels too. Usually 4" or taller. And I saw maybe less than 1% corn-fed fatsos there, unlike here in Wisconsin. All hotter then heck.

Welcome!

We've had several Polish speakers (Americans) on this forum over the years but I don't know where they are now. I think Snibble & Piotr. Any others?

:-)

Skirts and heels, that's true In the name of all polish girls - thank you for opinion In the name of my fiancée too... (but she is dark hair)

Hmm beside market in Berlin we have also a legal place when you can buy everything what is illegal market is placed in Warsaw, called Market "Europe" ... now, this market is being liquidated.. so...You have last chance to visit it

If you are in Poland You have to see The museum of classic cars in Otrebusy nearby Warsaw. You can see there many (mostly european) perfectly restored cars.

Greetings

Is there a website for those cars in Otrebusy to look at?

I would love to see Poland, especially near the Tatra mountains, the larger cities like Warsaw, and the older parts of the towns of Krakow, Lodz, Gdansk and Wroclaw. I am especially interested in the history and architecture, and the museums. Chopin and the best vodka too!!!

And some of those girls naturally. Hottttttties!!

I'm reading a book right now called "Rising '44" about the tragic Warsaw uprising in August-October 1944 where Warsaw died and the Russians across the Vistula did nothing. The Poles were so heroic, even when doomed.

The largest number of them in the USA came to Chicago, Illinois.

...cars and history

Hello

Here is a link to gallery of museum in Otrebusy:
http://www.muzeum-motoryzacji.com.pl/podstrony/galeria.php?rodzaj=samochody

There is a lot of interesting cars, compare for e.g. russian Zis 110 to MB Adenauer :-) (Zis 110 was a russian car produced for Stalin).

Every nation has some heroic facts in it's history and it's very nice to know that someone reads also about polish history. There is a Museum of Uprising 44' in Warsaw. If You need some info about architecture in Poland just tell me, my fiancee is an architect.

Greetings
Przemek
