Two fatal car crashes in my town (Columbia, SC) in the last week and they are eerily similar. (Yes -- these are two unrelated crashes) :

Jan 1: A Cadillac gets on I-26 and drove east in the westbound lanes and hits a Nissan head on near mile marker 105, killing the driver of the Nissan.
