You know, I caught the teaser last night on our local news and they said there would be a story on the nightly. But it wasn't in the lead 3-4 stories so I figured I must have mis-heard it. Very strange.

I don't know, given the erosion on the rocks in the foreground, ostensibly from wind blown sand, it would appear to be on a larger scale.

If it's real, the rover should be able to get a good shot soon enough. It looks like the "figure" is cautiously approaching to investigate the alien invaders.
