yeah....search like a madman - crazedlist is the way to go. I'd use mozilla or opera as your browser though - I don't think it works in explorer?

Another easy option that only works in a limited fashion is Google Advanced search. If you know what you're looking for and can narrow down the search words, it works pretty well.
