I'm back to Ghost Recon I don't like the run and gun COD play style I finished all of the achievements and rank so I moved on .

Yes there is a PC version which is what I play .. or at least played. I have gone back to Joint Ops which I like better.

COD 4 has excellent graphics and game play. The only thing I do not care for is that fact that the maps are small and they end up being close quarter battles. Every now and then I am up for that but I like the variety that Joint ops has. They have mod programs out there that allow people to make their own maps (not available for COD as of yet), Joint Ops has vehicles that you can get in and use such as apaches, Chinooks, Black hawks, hummers (w/ .50 and grenade launchers) 6 wheel ATV with .50's, tracked vehicles with hellfire and SAM, Tanks with 120's, battle ships with 120's, motor cycles, snow mobiles, water craft, and a few others. Some maps are CQB and some are huge where you can find a spot and take your .50 rifle and take people out at 1000m.

For me, the graphics and the quality of COD do not make up for the variety of JO. Just my $0.02 worth.

I played COD once and was kind of disapointed by how small the maps are, I'm used to the old Delta Force series which had huge almost never ending maps.

I like to wedge myself into a little hole and snipe, which is damn near impossible to do in COD. And for capture the flag their is no room to flank, you have to go right up the center.

I see that alot of you have played COD but is that COD 4 or other versions of the game. I my self think that the maps on COD 4 are some what large at least some are. Some on the other hand are very small. I played the game and completed most of it but after i started to play on live a whole other attitude came over me. IMO i think that this game is way better than halo ever was.

COD4 is what I have. Just gopt it for X-mass.

I'm with Hatie. COD4 maps are too small for my liking. Joint Ops (latest version in the Delta Force Series) has huge maps (would take 10-15 min to walk from point ot point in the game) verses COD which is a min or 2 at best.

Joint Ops is the new one? I should get it, game play for DF2 online is getting weak.

Playing online is interesting to say the least, I swear 99% of the players are retarded 13 year olds.

I love big maps so I can get away from the mass of players, if you can't its just crazy random shooting. But if you can get 250-350 yards out with either the .308 sniper rifle, or the M16 you can rack up a nice body count. More so if you can get on a nice ridge line and move as you shoot.

Then I just adore knifing the wannabe snipers, or as they "lurk" with the GD .50's that they love, 400M's out watching my .223 rounds hit them.

They don't think it can't shoot that far, in DF2 I have made kills out to 600m's with the M16.

Playing on small maps is just grabbing the best machine gun they offer and going nuts.

PM sent. If you are playing DF2 then you need to get JO and down load the patches. DF2 is like playing Pong.
