The tail lights are different, 99 are all red and 00 has clear/smoke signal. 00' has radio/temp control on the steering wheel and the 99, both have the same engine and performance, just appearance in the back.

What about the auto-stick? I thought the '99 didn't come with it?

actually the dealer is asking a stupid (imo) price for the car, the sticker is at $56K but the owner of the dealer is willing to take as low as $45K for it. It only has 13K miles and looks as new as it was back in 95 but i think 270HP isnt enough for the price tag.

We get alot of bites on the car but no ones really that serious about buying it

Yeah thats what i like about the 00, plus the front bumper looks better (imo) on the 2000 vs the 1999.

After all the E55's ive looked at none of them were in as good as shape as i wanted them to be. So a guy came by the dealer i work at looking for a car for his sister. And he told me of the dealer he worked at, said they had a few AMG's that might interest me. Went over there and found the cleanest C32 AMG youve ever seen, after the test drive it was a done deal i fell in love with the car. It was starmark certified as well.

Soon after i crash the car, it hydroplaned, lost traction, and went sideways into the side of the freeway. Luckily i came out of it unhurt, and the car only suffered a few scratches and 2 dents. The mud slowed the car down and luckily i only hit the low branches of the tree and not the trunk of the tree!

Thing that upset me the most is that i wasnt even speeding, i would have been more happy if the accident was caused by my speed but the car just hydroplaned and lost traction.

I have pics of the crash on my phone but ill have to upload them later, here are a few pics. Cant really see the scratches because of my crappy camera and the silver paint but most of them buffed out.

Wow, it is a beauty. You were lucky to get it Starmarked, it is VERY rare to have one that old on a MB dealer's lot.

Just the right size for carving up the SF Bay Area in speed style and safety. Nice choice for you, and I am glad you and the car weren't banged up when you slid out.

Will you bring it to the Diesel Drive next month?
