Vick is a loser, but this is not an accurate synopsis of what the foremost expert federal judge on nfl collective bargaining rule ordered yesterday. You can look up the order on line. To begin with, the subject of endorsement money isn't even in the nfl's purview--he gets to keep that anyway.....The ruling was very, very clearly right and I don't even know if the Falcons will appeal it (they still have a few days to decide)

Finally, and as unpopular as this may be, comparing a guy busted for dog-fighting with someone alleged to be involved in a young female human's murder is not even in the same ballpark.

Dad is an appointed Judge, he was about to start college back in the Netherlands--didn't want the hassle for himself or his family. Got drunk with power due to the ineptness of the Aruban authorities (and FBI, ect....) and started thinking he may be able to cash in on his notoriety a little too early.


If they can get him to flip the mystery boat guy, they will probably bring a circumstantial case against him, but they won't even put him back in lockup for the tape issue as it stands.

I can't for the life of me understand how the Aruban police can turn their back on a taped confession.......JFTC this kid is getting away with at the very least contracting to have a body disposed of.

Arrogant little pricks a lot of times tell highly embellished stories. You know, was he lying then or is he lying now? It would almost assuredly result in an acquittal if they moved forward on this tape alone. If the boat guy gets scared and comes in to cut a deal, much better chance, although still a circumstantial case without a body.

I was just thinking that taped confessions are not neccessarily as valuable in court as one might think. I'm sure you would know, JD.
