vegtable juicers
 

i just bought one and so far i think it is great, was wondering if anyone else here uses one. feel free to share opinions on juicing and your favorite mixtures. mine is carrot, apple,cucumber and beet.

Had a blast with my friend's Vita Mix. Mix some berries with carrots and mmmmmm.

Juicers are awesome, but there are some things to think about. When you juice veggies or fruit you are losing fiber, which is crucial for heart health and digestion support. Also, you get much higher concentration of sugars...while it tastes awesome, it causes as much spike in blood sugar as eating a snickers bar. If you're in the market for a juicer, get a champion...it also makes nut butters.

I've heard that a lot. I like carrot juice, no I love carrot juice if the carrots are good but I try to keep it to a small glass.

I like the effect wheat grass juice has on me but it tastes awful and you need a special juicer to make it.
