Happy Valentine's Day all!

Hope everyone here has a good one and if not a good one, at least stays out of trouble . . . .

I was in the Safeway last night and saw the seasonal display of Valentine's candy, cards, teddy bears, and related detritus, and noticed they had a big area devoted to condoms, personal lubricants, creams, and vibrating items. It looks like we're finally starting to lose some of our Victorian attitudes . . . .

I don't think we'll be making it out tonight, but hopefully this weekend I'll be back to normal. Do you have a date planned for tonight?

And a big Valentines Day smooch to you, big guy!

The Mrs. and I are going out to dinner and a movie this weekend for our belated Valentines Day celebration. Nothing makes you appreciate your kids like escaping their grasp for awhile!

Have you picked out a movie yet? I still need to have that discussion with the wife.

(A little) absence makes the heart grow fonder?

Nah - you're a gentleman, it'll be cool. Show her your OBK badge and the rest is history.

And Chad - no, no dinner plans tonight....but we'll go out this weekend when babysitting is easier to arrange.

I also paid the Hallmark devil though and got some gifts for with wife and daughters though.

I have not. I defer to the Mrs. on Valentines Day. She has to put up with my dumb comedy/action/killing flicks the rest of the year so I figure I'll throw her a bone. OH! That said, I fear for what the future may hold. Some chick flick no doubt.

Which discussion, the movie or the escaping the kids?
