Love advice

I want to take my wife to see the cirque du Soleil show called "Love". It is a show about the Beatles. It's at the Mirage hotel. Has anyone seen it? Any advice about where the best seats are? Are the 2hundred level seats OK? Does this show sell out or can I get the tickets when we get to Las Vegas? Any advice will help. Jay

There's a guy on the forum, mostly in the diesel section, named Blevinsax, who plays somewhere in Las Vegas. Maybe he could advise you on that, since he's in the entertainment business.

Do you really want to see that show or are you hoping that she would be just like what that pimp said in Full Metal Jacket? "She, give you everything you want. Boom-Boom long time."

My wife and I have seen many of the Cirque shows. While we haven't seen the Beatles show, I would say that all the shows we've seen would have looked great from anywhere in the theater or big-top. If you want to get picked on, sit close to the front. If you want a big overview, try to get seats as centered as you can and toward the back. I've always enjoyed sitting centered in an upper level since you can see the aerial stuff without getting a stiff neck.

Have fun, I want to see that show too, it looks pretty cool. I've heard they are incorporating personal recordings that John Lennon did while writing songs in his home. The program I saw showed everyone being "nice" to Yoko. I guess she needs to sign off on stuff.

You can't go wrong with any of their shows.

Glad you had a good time.
