Parting is such sweet sorrow. It was a good car but just didn't fill the bill for now. I'll own another MB one day but the next one will probably be a 123 diesel. I'm on the simplification wagon.

Yeah I looked quite a while before I bought it and it seems like only yesterday I brought it home. The new owner lives close by so I will get to keep tabs on it.

Yeah, I have been watching a 1981 240D for a while now (it hasn't been for sale) and the owner never drives it. I talked to him the other day and he is at least considering selling it to me. Maybe out of the blue he'll call and want to sell it.
