Your Favorite quick sandwich...?

OK, Just curious, What's you favorite quick, easy sandwich..?

Mine;

Tomato paste, caviar', and Anchovie' with pickeled egg slice.

(This was a regular I used to bring to school as a little kid. No one ever tried to steal my lunch though) LOL

Trucky

Itaian Dry Salami on Ciabatta with a thin spread of butter and sweet pickles, thinly sliced.

Alternatively, Pastrami, oven roasted Turkey or honey cured ham with a thin spread of mayo, slice of tomato and yellow mustard.

Bauerbrot or Pumpernickel with butter or cream cheese.

If I get my hands on some real good Black Forest Ham or even better, Prosciutto di Parma, the bread becomes secondary.

PB and honey on wheat or chopped/chipped ham and swiss on a kaiser roll. Depending on whether I want a PB based sandwich or meat...

Grilled chicken (cooked ahead of time), sliced avocado and salsa on whatever bread looks good at the time.

When I was eating sandwiches, it was grilled cheese. Better with 2 or 3 different kinds of cheeses and a slice of ham, toasted to a golden brown.
