Total yard makeover...right now we could film a "Thriller" video remake without altering the landscape!!!
Noticed several of the same type of shrubbery being attacked by some type of fast-replicating fungus. Lost three last year, and now the remaining shrubs are too far gone to save... Actually, we did a backyard haunted house last Halloween, and recreated a realistic neglected graveyard scene by only using faux headstones...the yard took care of the rest!!! |
You seem to have aLOT of energy, G.

I've got so many spring projects that I don't even know where to start. We've done pathetically little since we moved in 10+ years ago. Every time the youngest kid would entertain themselves so we could both work on a project, the Mrs. would pop out another. The list is daunting. The first will probably be to rent a big @$$ dumpster and empty my garage, shed and outbuilding of their contents. And get this...use the garage...as a garage! After that I really need to put up a tub/shower surround since the tiles are starting to pop off the wall. If I put them off too long it'll be time to get the boat ready for the water then nothing will get done.:o |
I'm about to move into my first ever house. That is one that I own - along with the girlfriend. Frankly the amount of projects is overwhelming. I think fixing the cracks is the first priority. Then painting the interior. Then trying to bring the lawn back to a nice green luster.
