should i buy new or...

try to fix this one? right rear "2 piece" rotor from a '90 300se. sheesh!

Melt it down, after you check out the other three rotors...

Were the pads clamped down onto that non-rusted section?

no, not really. caliper came right off...and then the rotor fell apart!!!

you will have a hell of a time welding it. it would have to be heated first. and then who knows how soft it will be

I bet you could find some rotors like that on wrecked cars in the junkyard.

I remember going with my dad to get a part for his pinto (I forgot about that one til just now). We saw at least three of them in the yard with rotors similar to that....actually they were worn to the ventilation cavitys on one side because the floating caliper stopped floating!
