Now THAT was a football game!!!

My condolences to Titans' fans. Your team played well, well enough to win most games, but someone had to lose.
I don't know when I've seen 2 more determined defenses with so many MONSTER hits, so many helmets in the ground.

For most Ravens; fans, this was the game we feared most. Our team survived. I don't think anyone on the team cares whether the next game is in San Diego, or Pittsburgh; while they are excellent teams, neither is as feared as the Titans, ( IMO).

Whew!

I really enjoyed it!

I'm no Ravens fan, but they really played well. Of course the 89 yards the Titans gave up in penalties didn't hurt

Looks like the Cardinals are gunning for the Panthers! This game is just as good!

I can't wait to see the Steelers and of course the Giants!

Holy crap... The Cardinals have opened a can of whip @ss on the Panthers!

The only thing I would be afraid of, if i were a Ravens fan is that they really fought this game out. They might still be too broken up for the next game, especially if it is with Pittsburg

Ravens have been broken up all year. Besides, they get 2 extra days before the next game as opposed to this last one ( Sun to Sat, vs Sat to Sun).
I do not mean to say that the Ravens will win the next game; only that they can win.

I was shocked at how easily the Ravens D was giving up huge yardage to the Titans. They have to play better next week.
The Titans pushed the Ravens around all day. The best team on the field yesterday lost, imo. Hey you fumble three times inside the 10 and you deserve to lose.

If Arizona wins the Super Bowl, the league is a joke.

Ravens' defense was not the normal Ravens' defense. Due to injuries, several players were out of position.
IMO, defense is what causes what some people call " bad breaks" for the other team. There was some serious hitting going on, and Carolina did not always take care of the ball.

Although he did not have an interception yesterday, the best line that crossed my email in the last week was,

"Two thirds of the earth's surface is covered by water; the rest is covered by Ed Reed."

Perhaps the Eagles and Ravens will have a rematch. We'll know pretty soon.

Ravens would have to get past either the Steelers, or the Chargers. One game at a time.
