My grandmother parked the SL in the garage for three years due to minor mechanical problems. I can't imagine doing something like that. If I had the money to fix a problem, I'd fix it. Why park a car to rot?

That's one of my all time favorite Benzes. I think I like the 540K even better than the 300SL.
