This would make me defect from MB...

So mean looking, and loud, and loud, and awsomeness. I love the way the new Audi's are very understated, even there monster performance cars don't advertise that fact. Very old school MB, 500E, 6.3, 6.9 ish. A car that looks like your mom's sedan, but can destroy almost anything.

I'd ditch the hood scoop, but I think they need the room.

Wow ... you could hear the turbo before anything else as the car approached.

When I was your age, this was the baddest-assed Audi on the planet. I marshaled a rally in 1984 or 5 with Buffum racing one. It's really creepy hearing that beast start a run miles away in the quiet, darkness of night. You can hear it snaking around the turns and suddenly you're hit with several million CP of rally light and in a shrieking, sputtering flash, it's past you at about 140 MPH...

Not quite as hot as the R8 that parked behind me the other day. Oddly enough, it was the same small local shopping center at which I encountered a W198 300SL not long ago. VERY rich area, so I guess it's the place to go to see the hot cars. The R8 was incredible ... I heard it coming from behind me and wheeled around immediately ... there's nothing much out there that sounds like that, even at the very low speed he was traveling.
