Got a call this morning that my tenants renewed the lease for another year. Guess I'll turn the utilities back on and take the pit bull out of the front yard. :rolleyes:

Amazing. There's money to be made in owning property I thought. Perhaps those people will have occasion to meditate on their greed while in he pokey. |
Rent control is the real crime here. The tenants should move out already. How many years do they need to find another place?
