Favorite Sandwich

Since summer is upon us or close to it and our eating habits tend to change with the season what is your favorite sandwhich? Mine is the classic Reuben. followed by the PB and J with crunchy peanut butter- Jiff of course.

My stuffed porkloin sandwich (see bones website for picture). Or a pistollette stuffed with crawfish etouffe. Or a Kibbe sandwich (had kibbe last night for dinner). Or a Muffalletta from Central Grocery. I just can't make up my mind today.

Wraps

I love a big, fat roast beef and Swiss cheese wrap in a low-carb tortilla with lots of horse raddish. It's my favorite sangwich. Oh, and a nice glass of Crystal Lite to wash it down!

Welcome

Last week I took some of my wife's left over etouffee and made it into corn and crawfish bisque which is good too. Being married to a vegetarian coon-ass has its benefits

Hot pastrami on rye with schmear of chopped liver, spicy brown mustard with latkes, applesauce, and sour cream.

Extra hot capacola on crusty bread with provolone.
