My stuffed porkloin sandwich (see bones website for picture). Or a pistollette stuffed with crawfish etouffe. Or a Kibbe sandwich (had kibbe last night for dinner). Or a Muffalletta from Central Grocery. I just can't make up my mind today.

Wraps
I love a big, fat roast beef and Swiss cheese wrap in a low-carb tortilla with lots of horse raddish. It's my favorite sangwich. Oh, and a nice glass of Crystal Lite to wash it down!

Last week I took some of my wife's left over etouffee and made it into corn and crawfish bisque which is good too. Being married to a vegetarian coon-ass has its benefits |
